These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Kiwi application, website, and services (the “Services”) provided by MacDep24h (“Kiwi”, “we”, “us”). By using the Services, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. You represent that you are at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) and that any information you provide is accurate.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this Site. If you continue to use the Services after changes take effect, you accept the revised Terms.
Kiwi provides an encrypted VPN connection and a built‑in web browser. VPN coverage, speeds, and server locations may vary and are provided on an “as‑available” basis. Some features or server locations may require points or a paid plan.
Kiwi is an ad-supported free app. We may show advertising and offer optional in-app purchases to remove ads or unlock premium features.
In‑app purchases and subscriptions (including premium plans, points packages, and ad‑removal) are sold and processed through Google Play Billing. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
The app may offer “points” or similar in‑app rewards (earned via daily check‑in, rewarded videos, referrals, or promo codes). Points are a virtual, in‑app item with no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or refunded, and we may adjust, expire, or discontinue them. Abuse of the rewards system (including fraud or automation) may result in loss of points or account termination.
You are responsible for your use of the Services and for keeping your account credentials confidential. You agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the Service, without refund.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to download and use the app for personal, non‑commercial purposes. You may not modify, reverse‑engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law.
The Services may link to or display content from third parties (including websites you visit through the browser and advertising). We are not responsible for third‑party content, which is governed by the third party’s own terms and policies.
You are responsible for the websites and content you access through the browser and for complying with applicable laws and the terms of the sites you visit. The VPN and browser must not be used to access, distribute, or download unlawful content.
The Services are provided on an “as‑is” and “as‑available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error‑free. You use the Services at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kiwi and its affiliates, officers, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kiwi and its affiliates from any claims and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time (see the Delete account page). We may suspend or terminate the Services or your account if you violate these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Viet Nam, excluding its conflict‑of‑law rules. Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts of Viet Nam, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
